Ingredients
- 500 G Organic ground beef
- 4 Martin's Famous Potato Rolls
- 2 EL melted butter
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 Slices of American cheese (e.g. Gouda etc.)
- 4 Lollo Bionda lettuce leaves
For the sauce:
- 2-3 EL mayonnaise
- 1 TL Dijon mustard
- 1 TL ketchup
- 1/4 TL Cucumber water
- 1/4 TL Cayenne pepper
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
-
Unpacking Martin's Buns
-
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, wash the lettuce leaves and prepare the cheese.
-
Mix the Shake Shack sauce by combining ketchup, mayo, mustard, pickle water, cayenne pepper, salt, and a little pepper.
-
Immediately before frying, form 4 equal-sized balls from the cold (!) ground meat and place 1-2 balls each into a pan with hot clarified butter. Flatten the meatballs in the pan with a metal spatula or spatula and season with salt and pepper.
-
Now let them cook in the pan for about 3 minutes, then flip them. After about 1 minute, place a slice of cheese on each of the meat, and after another minute, your burger patties are ready.
-
While the burgers are cooking, cut the burger buns open and brush them with melted butter. Then place them, inside out, in a hot pan.
-
Now all you have to do is assemble your burger from the individual ingredients. To do this, place the bun halves on a plate. Place the meat and melted cheese on the bottom half of the bun. Next, add two tomato slices and one lettuce leaf. Spread a spoonful of burger sauce on the top half of the bun and fold the burger over. DONE!
